Master in Social Work Application Procedures

The Admissions Committee will only review applicant folders that are complete.  Applicant folders are considered complete when all the documents listed below have been received:

1. Graduate Application to the University Graduate School

   (Please do not use online reference form provided on graduate admissions application)

2. Graduate Social Work Program Application
3. Transcript(s) of all undergraduate and graduate work
4. Personal Narrative Statement (6-8 full pages)

   (Answer all the questions in your essay) 

5. Three (3) letters of reference and/or form

   (Use only this social work reference form)
