Background
Since 2007, she has been a Certified Health Education Specialist. She serves as the President of the Alpha Omega Chapter of Delta Omega Public Health Honor Society and was active as a student in the Stempel Public Health Association. She has for 2 1/2 years, worked in the field of public health in areas of community health education, employee wellness and tobacco prevention. She is currently a Tobacco Prevention Specialist with the Miami-Dade County Health Department.
