Background
I am actively involved in giving back to my profession. I was elected President of the Miami Dietetic Association 2006-2007 and I am a program reviewer for the Commission for Accreditation of Dietetics Education (CADE). CADE is ADA's accrediting agency for education programs preparing students for careers as registered dietitians or dietetics technicians.

I enjoy running and has completed several marathons, half-marathons and charitable 5Ks. I also enjoy reading and traveling.
